After more than 25 years, Services for Brain Injury (SBI) understands the challenges faced by veterans and their families in accessing the benefits and services critical to successful rehabilitation and community reintegration. We are here to help. SBI is the only non-profit in the Greater Bay Area providing comprehensive brain injury rehabilitation that includes vocational and job-placement services.
